Yes, Matt and I do actually have fun by ourselves sometimes when Nick isn't with us. Surprise, surprise! A couple of weeks ago we decided to go white water kayaking on the wild Snake River just below Jackson Hole, WY. The weather was absolutely beautiful and the whitewater was great! The water was pretty low so the Big Kahuna was in full force. The first time down the river Matt and I FLIPPED the kayak over! It took us a while to get back in and we lost all of our food as well as some of Matt's clothes. It was pretty hilarious, I can only imagine what we looked like out there. All in all we had a GREAT time!

Dang you guys do some fun stuff!
ReplyDeleteYou guys never cease to amaze me with how much you do in your spare time! Way to go-live life to the fullest! We love you!
ReplyDeleteHow fun! That is close to where I grew up, but I haven't been white water rafting in a long time. I miss it. We should go sometime when I'm not prego!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a lot of fun! We love Jackson Hole! We can't wait to meet you Chanci when we come up there to Utah next week.
ReplyDeleteWe did the "Maid of the Mist" (the boat you see in the pic) and yes, we did get wet. They give you plastic rain coats, though.
ReplyDeleteMy nieces are nine months old. Brett, my brother, and Shea are expecting a girl in December.
Your trip looks fun! I have never done the white water thing.
New Moon coming soon...yeah!!
Yes, I will be there for the Holidays! We should see the movie together. My Mom has this ringtone for when I call her phone. GO TWILIGHT!
